VERSATILE 2in1 PULL-UP/DIP BAR
You can place a pull-up bar on the ladder and train your back, arms, and abdomen. The distance of the bar from the ladder is 60 cm, which makes sure it is comfortable while exercising and helps prevent any accidental misuse or injury.
COMFORTABLE HAND GRIPS
You can use the pull-up bar in several different ways - the widest grip has a spacing of 110cm, the medium grip 60cm, and the narrow one 20cm. This allows you to train with a variety of grips patterns like; overhand, underhand, hammer or even one-armed for advanced users! You can train different muscle groups individually or perform super sets for that shredded back and shoulders look.
ADJUSTABLE DIP-BAR
Dip station bar gives you the opportunity to perform training focused on several muscle groups like the triceps, chest and abdominal muscles individually or even train them all together at the same time with a compound exercise. They extend up to 16 cm from the frame and can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of the exercise or the user making them a great addition to any home gym.
QUICK SWITCH
During training, you can easily change up the device from a pull-up bar to a dip station giving you great versatility and allowing you to train super-sets if you wanted to. All you do is just attach the hooks on the selected wall bar and you're good to go.
